I returned an item for a refund but have not yet received my money back.
You must allow at least 5 working days for the money to reach your account from receipt of our email confirming that the refund has been processed.
Once we have submitted the refund it is out of our hands and it the time taken to be credited back to your card is dependant on the issuing bank. Some banks can take up to 10 days to process a refund. If you still have not received your money by this time, first contact your credit card company so they can check if the refund is due to be credited. If you still have no luck, contact our Customer Care team and we will investigate the matter with our bank on your behalf.
